Within the framework of appraising and recovering Nasrid citadel hydraulic structures, interventional action activities were undertaken on the system supplying water to the royal gardens constructed by the Nasrid monarchs in the peri-urban area of the Alhambra.

The aim of the present project is to stop the progressive and continuous degradation of the water system and to surround the complex with a protective fence in order to control all access to the site. The project activities include the cleaning, adaptation, maintenance and protection of the water structures.
