  • Where can I see the temporary exhibitions?

    The Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife (PAG) sponsors temporary exhibitions throughout the year. These may be held in the Crypt and Chapel of the Palace of Carlos V or in the temporary Exhibition Room of the Museum of Fine Arts (on the upper floor of the Palace of Carlos V). Information on venues and opening times, etc. is made available in the atrium to the Palace of Carlos V and at other information points throughout the site.

    Yes, as part of the Programme Alhambra closer, there is a special visit for residents of Granada.

  • What happens if tickets are sold out?

    If you could not purchase a general admission ticket do not worry, there are other options to make the most of your visit to the Alhambra. You will be able to know the monument at night with the Night visit ticket, or perhaps you prefer to visit the Generalife, or purchase a private visit. In addition, admission to the Museum of the Alhambra is free.

  • My ticket shows a specific time for the visit, What does this mean?

    The visit is scheduled for the morning, evening or night. The specific time of your visit to the Nasrid Palaces in printed on the ticket; you are recommended to observe the scheduled time; otherwise you will have no access to the palaces as it is a restricted area due to conservation reasons.
