The educational programme of the Council of the Alhambra includes different activities: activities for children, with the Programme of the Alhambra and the kids, programmes for the elderly, with the Alhambra for the elderly, and temporary activities, that are carried out on the International Museum Day and Summer in the Alhambra.

  • Virtual visit

    Virtual Visit is a cultural project whose objective is to present the monumental complex in the most didactic way possible. Visitors will be able to see the Alhambra in such a real form that they will feel they are within its walls.

  • Games

    The interactive games of the Alhambra allow kids to learn while they enjoy playing. An ideal form to have a good time while getting to know better this universal work of art by means of some simple challenges proposed.

The Alhambra Educa

In this section, visitors can find information on all the educational activities developed by the Council of the Alhambra and the Generalife as well as to have access to a large number of resources on the Alhambra for teachers and educators.

One of the main objectives of the Council is, not only to disseminate and to promote the monumental complex, but to know and understand other cultures and foster the development of tolerance and solidarity towards other forms of life and expression. The Council also attempts to promote the conservation and respect to our cultural and historical heritage.
