For the Council of the Alhambra and the Generalife authorised agents are the travel agencies legally established that are professionally devoted in exclusive to the exercise of mediation activities and organization of tourist services that have been previously accredited by this institution.

They must fulfill the following requirements:

• Prove the condition of Travel agency, besides having the corresponding Certificate-License granted by the proper Administration; these companies must be wholesalers or retailers.
• Show the latest business tax paid corresponding to the activity "Travel agencies".
• Show the documentation of concession of the commercial name granted by the Registry of the Industrial Property.
• Show the bank account number with which the admission tickets will be paid.

Tickets can be collected up to 1 hour before the time to visit the Nasrid Palaces, which will have to be specified by the authorised agent during the reservation.
